At AOCTW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures that if a fit isn't perfect, your exchange or refund will be handled with the utmost care.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original products, including all designer tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or the original mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
